More Than One Teen at Home?
Connecting teens and giving them Premium access are two separate things — here's how they work together.
Connected Students
These are the teens linked to you through the Parent Hub. A connection happens only when the student accepts your request — and connecting never grants Premium by itself. Every connected student keeps their own individual progress.
Premium-Covered Students
With Family Premium, you select which connected students receive Premium access — up to 4 covered students on the current Family plan. Your parent account never uses one of the student spots, and each covered student's learning record stays their own.
Need access for more students? Additional student and program options are coming soon.
What Students Learn
Seven subject areas, each focused on skills young people will actually need in the next few years of their lives.
Money & Bills
Budgeting, paychecks, banking, credit, bills, saving, and basic financial decisions.
Subject 01Living On Your Own
Apartments, household responsibilities, utilities, moving, roommates, and independent living.
Subject 02Food & Home Economics
Cooking, grocery planning, food safety, cleaning, laundry, and caring for a home.
Subject 03Work & Career
Résumés, job searching, interviews, workplace expectations, pay, benefits, and professional communication.
Subject 04Cars & Transportation
Car ownership costs, maintenance, buying a first car, insurance basics, transportation decisions, and emergencies.
Subject 05Health & Personal Life
Personal organization, routines, appointments, boundaries, wellness habits, and taking greater responsibility for yourself.
Subject 06Real-World Adulting
Documents, appointments, communication, scams, digital safety, problem-solving, emergency preparation, and everyday responsibilities.
Subject 07Think of a Learning Plan like a playlist of courses.
A parent or an organization chooses the courses once, gives the plan a name, and saves it. Then that same saved plan can be reused with other eligible students — without selecting the courses again.

Reuse it for future students
A student who joins your program later can receive an existing saved Learning Plan in one step — Add student → select your saved plan → assign. And because a plan is just a template, every student works through their own copy: one student finishing a course never marks it complete for anyone else.
More Than Reading a Lesson
Learning Life Now helps teens practice what they're learning through real-world scenarios, activities, simulations, quizzes, and practical tools — not simply read information and move on.
Short, approachable lessons
Knowledge checks and quizzes
Real-life decision scenarios
Interactive activities
Practice documents
Worksheets and checklists — fill them in online or download
Simulations
Progress tracking
Reusable Learning Plans for parents and programs
Course completion certificates for eligible Premium members
Interactive games — planned, not available yet
Built Around Real Situations
Lessons start from moments like these, so students get to practice decisions before they meet similar situations on their own.
- A paycheck arrives. What should you do with it?
- Can you afford that apartment after utilities and other bills?
- What should you look for before buying a used car?
- How do you read a bill or paystub?
- What should you say in a job interview?
- What happens when several expenses hit at once?
Simulations and scenarios are teaching tools — they don't reproduce every possible real-world outcome.
